Reservation Policy
All reservations must be confirmed via email or fax, this information is available to you through our website: www.hb.co.cr.
Our policy requires that all changes and / or cancellations be sent to the Reservations Department in a typed document via e-mail or fax.
The reservation request should include the following information; guest’s name, number of people in the party including adults and children, check-in and check-out dates as well as room preference.
There is no charge for children under the age of 12. Maximum of two children per room.
Special requests and /or preferences, including but not limited to bed preference and room location, are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability at check-in time.
Cancellation policy
Requires written notification via fax or e-mail 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
Check- in time: 2:00 p.m. (14:00 hrs. local time)
Check-out time: 12:00 m.d.
Pets are not allowed.
Liability Waiver
Hotel Bougainvillea will not be held liable by guests in case of any disaster either, natural or manmade including but not limited to; fire, lock out strike t, earthquake ,or by order of government or any other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control.
Privacy Policy
Hotel Bougainvillea, guarantees that all guest information entered into our website will not be shared with third parties. Such information will be exclusively used by Hotel Bougainvillea and any breach of privacy will be under penalty of applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Ishtar (BIGSA, S.A) provides the platform for the reservation system found in our website. This company does not collect cash. Hotel Bougainvillea, owner of www.hb.co.cr, transfers the reservation funds and prepaid services to the corresponding account. Any refunds under the above mentioned policy will be made jointly by Hotel Bougainvillea and Ishtar. Online payments are secured as per bank requirements and the hotel is solely responsible for the reservation. The Ishtar reservation platform provides its own fire wall and security system. |
