Reservation Policy
You may send your request by email to info@hb.co.cr or by fax 506-2244-1313. The request should include guest's name, number of people including children, check-in and check-out dates as well as room preference.

Accommodation for up to 2 children aged 12 or under is free when sharing with both parents in the guest bedroom. Maximum of two children per room.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations require written notification via fax or e-mail 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time; and are only effective with a written reply from the hotel's reservations department.

Check- in time: 2:00 p.m. (14:00 hrs. local time)
Check-out time: 12:00 m.d.

No pets, please.

Liability Waiver
Hotel Bougainvillea will not be held liable by guests in case of any disaster, natural or manmade including but not limited to fire, lock out strike, earthquake or by order of government or any other circumstances beyond the hotel's control.

Privacy Policy
Hotel Bougainvillea guarantees that all guest information entered into our website will not be shared with third parties. Such information will be exclusively used by Hotel Bougainvillea and any breach of privacy will be under penalty of applicable laws.
